1. Field Sales Specialist: Dropsides & Tippers (UK Wide)

We’re searching for an experienced and self-motivated Field Sales Specialist to champion our popular dropside and tipper ranges. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives on the road and enjoys building relationships across the UK.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive sales of our high-quality dropside and tipper vehicles across the entire UK.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, as well as nurture existing client relationships.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to meet our customers’ diverse needs.

Where you’ll be:

This role offers fantastic flexibility, allowing you to be based anywhere in the UK. We believe in empowering our team members, and this remote-friendly position reflects that. You’ll primarily work independently, managing your territory, but will join us at Trucksmith HQ in Devon for one dedicated week each month. This blend of remote work and in-person collaboration ensures you stay connected with the team and our latest innovations.


 

2. Internal Sales Executive: LoLoaders (Devon HQ with Hybrid Working)

Are you an organised and enthusiastic sales professional looking for a stimulating office-based role with the flexibility of remote work? We’re seeking an Internal Sales Executive to focus specifically on our innovative LoLoader range.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive sales of our versatile and popular LoLoader vehicles.
  • Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders from our Devon HQ.
  • Build strong customer relationships through phone and email, providing exceptional service.

Where you’ll be:

This position is primarily based at our Devon HQ, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of our vibrant office environment. To support a healthy work-life balance, this role also benefits from hybrid working, allowing you to work remotely every Monday and Friday. You’ll be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, collaborating with the team and immersing yourself in the Trucksmith culture.

Your Mission: Drive Growth and Forge Relationships

As our new Commercial Sales Executive, you won’t just be selling vehicles; you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future growth. We’re seeking someone with a proven track record of success in the commercial vehicle sector who is ready to take on significant responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement winning sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • New Business Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new opportunities, building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting thorough market research, understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with our experienced sales team, sharing best practices and supporting collective targets.
  • Client Maximisation: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, strengthening partnerships and increasing revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise CRM software and other sales tools for accurate tracking, reporting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets. Specifically, we’re seeking individuals who possess:

  • Commercial Vehicle Sales Expertise: A solid track record of success in B2B or commercial vehicle sales.
  • Exceptional Relationship Building: The ability to truly understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Outstanding Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organisational Prowess: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred, along with a valid Driving Licence.
